LEGAL BACKGROUND

Wildlife At Risk (WAR) was registered as a non profit corporation in Delaware, USA, in October 2003.  It was granted its first licence in Vietnam in August 2004 via the People’s Committee Licence Number: BM264/UB-HD.

WAR is governed by its Trustee, Dominic Scriven, OBE, who is also the Key Sponsor. WAR is staffed by experienced international and Vietnamese professionals and is committed to best international governance practices. 
WAR's internationally audited financial information is available on request to the WAR CEO.

WAR's immediate counterpart in Vietnam is The People’s Aid Coordinating Committee (PACCOM).
